Order Confirmation

An auto generated email (please ensure that your email is correct) to acknowledge your order will be send immediately after you complete the order online. If you did not receive a reply from us, please kindly check your SPAM mail folders.

Once we verify items, payment and delivery address, a confirmation email will follows.

Shipping

Local shipping is carried out via courier service or SingPost. Free local shipment is available for orders above $100.00. Otherwise a $10.00 shipping fee will apply. For overseas shipping, a flat rate of SG$18.00 applies. Orders are shipped via registered post (parcel can be tracked via 13 digits alpha-numeric on www.singpost.com/track-items) on business days only, which is Monday-Friday, excluding observed holidays within Singapore. For self-collection, products will be ready for collection 3 days from the date of your order confirmation and payment received.

Delivery

For local orders, package will reach 5-10 business days (after payment). For overseas orders, it could take between 10-30 business days (after payment), depending on the delivery service in the destination country. Do note that we cannot be held responsible for any unforseen transit delays in the destination country. Please check your inbox/spam folder for further shipping details (items are sent by registered post). Please inform us if your package does not arrive after 60 days of shipment confirmation. Delivery charge quote is for one delivery trip made only.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • Payment options provided are Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, Maestro, JCB, Discover, Union Pay and Paypal. All payments are processed through the Braintree Payments gateway. It ensures securing all of your personal data and account details – you are in good hands. The Essence2u.com website is SSL secured. All prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • Direct bank transfer  (applies only locally) through Standard Chartered Bank.

  • For direct bank transfers, please indicate your order number in your payment note for easy reference.
  • Shipment will only be arranged once we receive payment confirmation from the Braintree Payment gateway.
  • Likewise, credit card will only be charged/billed when we confirm your order(s). No billing will be made to your card if you don’t receive order confirmation email from us.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • As some products available on this site may be restricted in your county, customers are responsible for making sure they comply with those restrictions. If Customs in your country returns your order to us for this reason or have the package (or part of) detained/forfeit, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold Essence2u.com liable for orders being unable to be delivered to the destination you have chosen, or any related cost arising out of your order. If it is returned to us, we will refund the total of your purchase minus the return shipping charge, plus any other charges incurred, such as quarantine or warehousing fees assessed by Customs in your country to your credit card account. We are also not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be imposed at your custom border.
  • Products in liquid form (eg shampoo and scalp lotion) will not be exported due to their restriction by our local postal agency.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel your order.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

  • Please note that colors and images of our products may differ from the actual product.
  • We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected cases of credit card fraud or restriction of import of products at the destination country. Please contact us if you believe we have cancelled your order by mistake.
  • Our office is closed on weekends and public holidays. For enquiries made over the weekend (Singapore Time) or public holidays, we’ll reponse on the next working day.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, NON-DELIVERY CHARGES

  • If you would like to return non-faulty item(s) to us, please contact us on +65-65389983 or email (hello@essence2u.com) within 7 days of receiving the goods. If you send item(s) back to us, please ensure that you enclose a delivery note and keep a proof of posting from the Post Office/Carrier. All items must be received back to us within the 14 days return period in order to process your refund.
  • For non-faulty item(s), these must be returned at your own cost to the following address: Wil Harrisons Healthcare Pte Ltd, 2 Kallang Ave, #09-12 CT Hub, Singapore 339407. Please note that when you return an item we will withold a SG$5.00 restocking fee per return.
  • In order to qualify for a full refund, the product must be returned unopened and in pristine condition. If there is any sign that the product has been stored improperly, damaged, expired, opened or used in any way, the return will not be accepted for a refund.
  • If you received a faulty item and would like a refund or replacement, please contact us on +65-65389983 or email (hello@essence2u.com) within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you for your purchases.
  • In event that you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. However you shall be liable to pay any delivery charges and restocking fee. Any additional delivery may be requested and you will bear the costs (even if the first shipment has been made for free).
  • Any error or delivery issues in respect of the products ordered, it must be notified within 7 days upon receipt, failing which we will not be liable for any loss or damages.

LOSS OF PACKAGE

  • International orders will not be considered lost until 60 days from the date of shipment, as it may take the stipulated amount of time to clear Customs. Claims will be reviewed after 60 days.
  • Refunds provided will cover the product cost; shipping cost is excluded.
  • Report any lost orders to us within 90 days of date of purchase.
